How do I order/personalise my item?

1) Navigate to ‘My Products‘ and locate the product you would like to personalise.

2) Click the green ‘Customise’ button for your chosen item…

3) Use the fields on the left hand side to add/edit/remove data that you would like to appear on your item…

 

 

4) When you are done, enter a name in to the ‘Reference’ field and then click the ‘Save Ref’ button.

 

5) Enter/select your quantity and choose a button to decide your next action…

  • Download Proof – download a PDF ‘PROOF’ of your design
  • Add to Basket & Add More – add the item to your basket and personalise another item
  • Add to Basket & Checkout – checkout your order

 

 

 

How do I order a previously saved draft/proof?

There are currently two ways you can retrieve a previously saved item (we call this a ‘draft’ or a ‘proof’).

Method 1) 

1) Navigate to ‘My Products‘ and locate the product you would like to personalise.

2) Click the green ‘Customise’ button for your chosen item…

3) Your saved ‘drafts/proofs’ will be located under the ‘Saved Drafts’ button icon at the top. 

 

A window with a list of saved drafts will appear once clicked.

Click ‘Load and Order’ to load the saved draft to preview it and/or make any changes…

 

 

Method 2)

1) Navigate to ‘Quick Re-Order‘ from the main navigation menu.

2) You will see a list of ALL saved drafts from any templates you have setup. Locate the saved draft/proof in the list or use the ‘Search’ option to find it by it’s name. Next to the ‘Action’ button, click the arrow and choose either ‘Load and edit’ (if you wish to make additional changes) or ‘Preview and order’ (if you are happy with your draft/proof)…

Can I save my basket for later?

You may want to add an item to your basket but are not quite ready to checkout and order yet.

Once you have added you item(s) to the basket, you can click the ‘Save Basket’ button…

A popup will appear for you to enter a name/reference for this saved basket. You may want to enter a PO number or a date so that you can identify it easily when retrieving it…

You will then be able to retrieve the basket at a later date. All saved baskets can be accessed from the ‘My Account‘ page and then selecting ‘My Baskets‘…
